These terms govern your use of www.jossieconstructionltd.co.ke. They do not govern any construction contract between us — that is a separate written agreement, and nothing on this website forms part of it.
Jossie Construction Limited is a building contractor registered with the National Construction Authority, operating from undefined.
Our guides describe how construction, approvals and site work generally proceed in Kenya. They are written to be useful, but they are general information, not professional advice on your project.
Your site, your drawings, your county and your programme all change what is true for you. Do not treat anything here as a substitute for a site visit, a structural engineer, a quantity surveyor, or advice from your county planning office. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the general guidance on this site.
Project descriptions, service pages and guides describe the kind of work we do. They are not offers, quotations or commitments to carry out work at any particular price or on any particular timescale.
A quotation is a written document issued to you after we have seen your drawings and, where relevant, your site. If you want one, contact us and we will tell you what we need.
The projects shown on this site are works we have carried out or are carrying out. Where an image is illustrative rather than a photograph of the project described, we mark it as such in our records and are replacing these with photographs of our own work.
Client names are published only where we have permission. References are available on request for most projects.
The text, design, layout and photographs on this site belong to us, except where they are licensed from others. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, and quote from them with attribution and a link.
You may not republish our guides as your own, or use our name, logo or project photographs to suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist.
Please do not attempt to break into the site, disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, abusive or deliberately false. We rate-limit our forms and log abuse.
Where we link to another organisation — a county authority, a regulator, a supplier — we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
