Scope of works

Ground-up construction of a private family residence in Gigiri, Nairobi, which broke ground in May 2026 and is currently on site. The scope covers the full build: reinforced concrete substructure and framed superstructure, masonry walling, roofing and ceilings, and a complete first-fix and second-fix of electrical and plumbing installations. The house is laid out around generous open-plan living and dining spaces opening onto a covered terrace, a fitted kitchen with pantry and utility area, an en-suite master suite and further bedrooms, and a domestic staff quarter. External works include a cabro-paved driveway and parking apron, perimeter wall and gate, storm water drainage and soak pits sized for the compound, an underground water storage tank with booster pump, and landscaped gardens. Being a diplomatic-belt neighbourhood, deliveries and site hours are tightly sequenced to keep disruption to neighbours to a minimum, and the finishes specification is being delivered to the client's brief throughout.
